Troubleshooting: Unable to Use Your Infrakit Account

Step-by-step diagnostic guide for users who cannot access or use their Infrakit account.

Last updated on 15 Jan, 2026

If you are unable to use your Infrakit account, this guide will help you identify the problem and resolve it. You may experience login errors, account disabled messages, or other access issues. Follow the steps below to restore access.

Common Symptoms

  • Unable to log in with your username and password

  • Error message: “Account disabled” or “Account not found”

  • Password reset link does not arrive or expires quickly

  • Unexpected logout or inability to access certain features

Possible Causes

Your account may be disabled by an admin, your password may be incorrect or expired, or your organization may have removed your access. Sometimes, account inactivity or technical errors can also result in access problems.

If you have not logged in for an extended period, your account or personal data may have been deleted for inactivity. See the Data Protection Statement for more details.

How to Fix Account Access Issues

1
Check your username and password
Verify that you are using the correct credentials. Passwords are case-sensitive.
2
Reset your password if needed
If you have forgotten your password or it is not working, select 'Forgot password?' on the login page and follow the instructions. The reset link is valid for 24 hours.
3
Look for account status messages
If you see an 'Account disabled' message, contact your project admin or organization’s Infrakit Admin to check your status.
4
Check your email for notifications
Look for account-related emails, such as access changes or password reset instructions. Also check your spam or junk folder.
5
Contact support if you still cannot access your account
If the above steps do not resolve the issue, contact Infrakit Support and provide your username, organization, and a description of the issue.

If your account has been reset by support, use the new password provided to log in. Change your password immediately after logging in for security.
