New admin UX requires valid email address to work. This is because of security reasons, so that we have a way of contacting every account owner when needed.  If an account is missing all contact info, we may have to simply disable them without an easy way to automatically notify anyone, in case of any issues. Working email address is also required for previously created old accounts

Please check that you have all the following information at your account:

  • Working email address - different for each account
  • Change your password – make sure it´s complex enough
  • Set up your phone number

If you happen to work as a fleet manager or similar and you have many different Infrakit user accounts, at the moment you need to create own email address for each account. We recommend using some free email service or ask your IT department to create multiple email addresses for you.

This is not an ideal solution, but this is what we have now, and it works
