In Sitelink3D V2

1. Login to your Sitelink system. https://sitelink.topcon.com/

Create new project and connect equipment to project as per Topcon instructions. 

2. Create external API user that is used to communicate between Sitelink and Infrakit. Select User Manager / Users in Sitelink

Click Manage External Users / API users from the list actions.

Click New External User / New API user from the page actions

Enter the new External User details and click Save.

3. Assign the External User to Roles

In the User Manager, select the site or the organization that you want grant external access to. Then, select a Role from the Roles list and click Manage Members from the list actions.

Finally, select the External User to grant the Role access for the Site and click Save.

4. Copy the External User Policy Scope ID

In the External Users window, select the External User and click View Policy from the list actions.

The External User's Policy Scope ID is displayed in the top left of the window. Click the Clipboard icon to copy it to your clipboard.

In Infrakit admin

Create and Setup Infrakit project if you don't have one yet. Then, 

5. Navigate to admin project and select Manage Connection(s) under Topcon Sitelink3D V2

 

 

 

6. Select Create New connection and enter Connection name. Click Next.

7. Paste here the Scope id you copied to clipboard at step 4 above when in Sitelink. Choose the location of Sitelink service from the dropdown Sitelink Base URL (choose Europe for Europeans, US for Americans) and select Find site. Select site from the Choose site list that appears when above settings are entered

 

8. Click next to review the connection details and choose Save Connection.

 

In Infrakit map page

Machines connected to Sitelink project appear to the project automatically and location of machines updates every few minutes on map. When Infrakit assignment is created for equipment connected to Sitelink, Infrakit creates corresponding data structures to Sitelink. 

Machines connected to Sitelink project can see new Tasks created by Infrakit in their menus. When machine has active task selected, operator of machine gets notified for any changes done for the assignment in Infrakit. Toposhots recorded at the machine are also pulled to Infrakit.

To synchronize Topo shots to cloud please choose sync tool and initiate sync there at least once a day or as per instructions given by site administration.
