Setting up Mass Haul for a project Quick steps:
Create materials for project
If materials already exist in another project they can be imported
Optionally conversion factors can be added to materials so they automatically calculate between different units
Create areas:
Areas can be created by:
On Mass Haul Page:
Select the geofence tab and select "Add". Then draw the area on map or import an area file
On Map Page:
Right click on a xml model and select "Create area for Trucks"
Create an area measurement, right click on it and select "Create area for Trucks"
Name the area
Set allowed materials for the area
Other materials can be used in the are to load or unload, but they will not be shown automatically in Truck application making it simpler for the user
Set area type
Unload area is only for unloading
Load area is only for loading
Load/Unload are allows both
Hybrid areas can't be used with automatic truck tracking
Optionally set starting volumes for materials
Starting volumes are a way to give areas initial volumes that are tracked with Trucks application trips
Optionally Tasks can be set to give one more optional property for trips in the Truck application
Now the project is ready to start using Trucks application. Areas, materials and tasks can be added, edited, archived and deleted during the project.
