1. Improved location

Open your device “Settings” by clicking the gear icon:





Open “Connections”:







Scroll to bottom of the Connections page and select “Location”:

 

 

 

 

And check that your Location is “On”, and click “Improve accuracy” link:

 

 

 

 

 

 

In Improve accuracy -page enable both Wi-Fi scanning and Bluetooth scanning:

 

 

 

 

 

2. Automatic time

Open your device “Settings” in Many tab by clicking the gear icon:

 

 

 


In Settings, open “General Management”:

 

 

 

In page “General Management”, open “Date and Time”:

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Check that “Automatic date and time” is enabled:

 

 

 

 

3. Set on automatic updates

4. In case you encounter problems with your device and TRUCK™ app, please also verify that the app is not automatically closed by the device:

4.1 TRUCK™ app should not be within the list of Apps Not Optimized

Open your device “Settings” in Menu tab by clicking the gear icon:

 

 

 


In Settings, open “Apps”:

 

 

 

 

Scroll to Infrakit TRUCK™ app and Click it:

 

 

 

 

 

 

In Infrakit TRUCK™ App info, click on “Battery”:

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Verify, that “Allow background activity” is enabled, and Click on “Optimize battery usage”:

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Verify that Infrakit TRUCK™ is not found on the list. If it is, remove it by clicking on it.

4.2 TRUCK™ app should not be in the list of always sleeping apps in device care

Open your device “Settings” in Menu tab by clicking the gear icon:

 

 

 


In Settings, open “Device Care”:

 

 

 

 


In “Device care” Select Battery, and the open a selection list by clicking on the three dots on the upper right corner “Settings”:

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

In Device Care Battery Settings, Open Sleeping apps.If you see Infrakit TRUCK™ app in this list. If it is, remove it by selecting Infrakit TRUCK™ and selecting “Remove”:
