Infrakit OFFICE

Service Level Agreement (SLA) commitment of Infrakit standard deployment in European Union

This article discusses the SLA targets of Infrakit service.

Updated 4 days ago

Infrakit deployment in EU region aims for availability of 99.5%. This is measured by running system login routine around the globe from more than 230 different locations one by one. This test includes global network availability and Infrakit system availability. The time window of SLA measurement is 08:00-20:00 in UTC time in business days.

Together with system login routine, API health check is conducted in similar fashion to system login test.

Infrakit Operations team receives alarms for any prolonged failure in testing routines and proceeds in fault identification and resolution.

All incidents are recorded so that continuous development of SLA criteria can be achieved.

SLA metrics are followed in weekly basis.

Recorded historical availability:

2025 January-May
